Albert...

>>Does anyone have any idea why the stock has been doing so well of late? <<

Could it be Lucent's purchase of Kenan (Private Company so no real data available)has sparked interest even more than previously.

Lucent paid around $1B for Kenan. Today's Boston Globe stated that Kenan had 350 employees. Since SAPE has over 817 as reported ;by Market guide maybe people are translating that to a market cap of $2+B for SAPE. Their stock price by the way is now about 13 times trailing 12 months sales.

I concluded that SAPE was overpriced when it was 50 but did not dare to short it. Good move. Since I consider it over valued, I will not go long. I thus just watch.

I also suspect that with essentially 11M shares in float and with 26M shares in the company, demand for available (read float) shares far exceeds supply thus up goes the price. If insiders start selling and at this price, I would not be surprised that they do, look out below.
