KHS, The DOW is down 130 points and Vivus is up 10% on no news. Two weeks more weeks to go until Q4 cc. Domestic partner to be announced? A profitable Q4 without a domestic sales force going into 1999 with a domestic sales force? A large milestone payment to be paid upfront that Vivus can use to buy back shares if the price continues to trade at manipulated levels? 7.5 million shares short that need to be covered. I'll take small gains each day as the market continues to sell off. Then when the cc comes with positive news and the market starts to rally again we should be in good shape.
