The same reason that people threw money at Bre-X. If you expect
the newsletter writers to tell you the truth you really will be
in rough shape!

Rob,

<<<Maybe its already been answered before, but I've got to ask this question about nugget effect on previous samples. If in fact 3 stones have skewed the value of the kimberlite out of proportion why would any company decided to put $12 million into the ground knowing this fact? And why isnt this obvious to the newsletter writers and the media covering the stock? I wonder if the the people covering this stock could have any legal exposure by suggesting this is a scam without anything to back it up with?>>>>

1. Good point. I can't imagine that they would.
2. It is obvious to a few of them with integrity and ethics, however, some newletter writers tend to get upset when they don't get a pile of shill paper and access to inside information so they can come accross as being smart enough to see the good news coming, before most everyone else. As for the rest of the media, they print sound bites.
3. Don't lawyers make enough money already?
