Yogi, try this site, I haven't had a chance to read all the articles there, but it'll probably help elucidate matters regarding butterfat or at least provide links to other sites.

The rough info i got is: other typical companies in this sector are at about p/e of 18 with lower earnings growth rates and higher rates of inflation. I bought YF at 4.01 (roughly p/e of 12.2). Yes, i expect a reasonable price of 6.50 at this time, so...looking for price rebound.
More accurate figures are available through Yahoo research.
