I find it absolutely hilarious, that you are Judds case! Hey, Jr., too much time playing in those Santa Ana winds? Who brought Janice into this case in the first place? Sylver. Duh. For reasons only Touch of Nature drinkers understand, Sylver thought filing an affidavit where he "speculated" Janice worked for the Defendants might somehow influence the judge not to grant First Concorde's Motion to Dismiss. That, duh, forced Judd to file a Supplement to explain to the judge that Sylver is living proof nachos and guano don't mix. - Jeff
