Yup. The downgrade is in recognition that the current quarter is more back-end-loaded and therefore more at risk than previously expected. Also salesforce reorganization issues and slow hiring of salespeople in the fiscal third quarter as well product transition as the company shipped a new release of OneWorld in December. And, of course, heightened competition in a maturing market overall. The analyst did not change his estimate for the full fiscal year, which remains 90 cents; he did, however, reduce his estimate for this quarter by a penny to 8 cents per share.
