Arrgh! Plenty of market action, plenty of stock stories to tell, yet PowerLunch is spent talking to some guy who wrote a book about powerful women. Isn't that special. Since I can't get enough of Oprah's Book Club segments, PowerLunch decides they will tighten me up with more guys looking to plug their books. Maybe Bill Griffeth can get a tie-in with Amazon.com when he takes valuable air time to talk about books.

Now, CNBC and CNNfn have decided they are going to cover Clinton's trial live. Geez, I've got CNN, MS/NBC, Fox News and C-Span, all of which are covering this stuff. Meanwhile, the market is down 150 points, Brazil is in the toilet, and yet CNBC + CNNfn decide they too will cover the trial live.

Thank God for Bloomberg TV.
