Just a refresher for some new investors: Clyde Culp was with Holiday Inn, Embassy Suites, Long John Silver's and even started DAVECO with one Wendy's store for $15,000 and turned it into 145 Wendys stores (so I'm told), which was the largest of all the Wendy's franchises. basically investing in Tanner's and it's CEO-- Clyde.
