D.R.D: The future of any business is dictated by its perceived profitability. CS is a mature Company that has not been able to demonstrate any increase in revenue or profit for its products in recent quarters. The facts are that these have decreased substantially. Unlike ASND, CS ,in its current state, poses a liability to the Buyer who will have to Re-engineer the entire Company to establish revenue and profit growth. Also,CS presently has a low valuation which indicates that the street does not value its R&D expertise either. CS's take over price would be much higher if it can demonstrate growth or prove it has a commanding lead in Technology.
