Wow, everything is done! We will know the terms of the deal exactly when the shares are registered with the SEC. I agree that Mr. Gallagher has been honest with us, but he had been sub-par as an executive for Harvest.

All that remains is for Mr. Culp to grow the Tanner's concept. Quite a big task, but he has been there before. Here's hoping that we can get off of the BB before the end of this year!
