Mr Z I don't know the answer to this question, but, how many other stocks are the Useltons associated with. Are they all scams? I doubt it. I lost money on MTEI too, but I don't think Tom would allow INFE to become another MTEI. Loe

I posted my post about my experience with coal and other mining just to make the point that all kind of things can go wrong with mining even when the people are honorable. Think of mining like biotech. Probalby those without a lot of expertise in that area should not invest in mining. I know I would be very reluctant to invest in a mining operation even though I know a bit....but not enough. A friend of mine is a metallurgy professor and ex VP of Technology for a number of major mining companies. He wanted me to get involved with him and some of his students in a gold dredging operation in Guyana up a river. I said no because I didn't think the locals would allow some NY smart alecs to poach on their river. It turned out that someone had made a decimal point error in the calculations of the recoveries from the concentration process which was to be the new approach that would make us all rich. Professor didn't check the student's work and lost a little money but it could have been a whole lot more including schistosomes or whatever you get from the water, poison darts or just plain buckshot in an uncomfortable place. Come on guys, give up your shares please.
