Pat, i think too many people take the yahoo posts too seriously. Anyone with a computer can post anything they want there. I don't believe any of their buyout rumors and the stock at seven is not because of a better 4th quarter earnings picture. Rather, ancor's technology has been validated and investors are excited about their future potential. Incidentally, one benefit of the recent dilution is that the stock is more liquid and could therefore attract institutional investors. Institutional sponsership is a key ingredient for future price appreciation.
