So? Go to Magnetic Diary. WellRich said they'd send us a document and that we'd scan it. After a considerable delay, they sent it and we put it up. I don't think you'll get very far trying to make a big deal of this. On the other hand, there's that pesky press release in which the company quite officially announces that RETN will be distributing ToN to 250 Sweet Factory outlets. Oooops. Not true, but never retracted. And your own posts: remember? The ones in which you contend that Kevin Vander Kelen of RETN owns Sweet Factory? Uh-oh. Get it through your head, Spidey: turn about is fair play. I've got a great deal more ammunition than your side does, and as I noted earlier, I'm a far more credible person. And of course you might want to consider what I might know that I haven't yet said anything about. Gee, d'you think that stuff would come out in court?
