Chick...Not sure that either party will get "shafted". My numbers are from memory only, but I think there are about 10M shares at AVIA and its assets is $4M, so the current price of .40 is close to book value. POKR is a profitable Company - if it makes .05/share, then a FMV price with a P/E of 20 would mean that it should be priced at 1.00...so a value of .62 is more than fair, IMHO. My point is that the current value of AVIA and the appraised merger value of POKR has worked out reasonably fair for both parties.
