Don't hold your breath waiting for a judgement against the defendants. It's more likely that at least $807,000 is going down the same rathole. You still haven't addressed the question about the alleged 'naked' shorts. It was an integral component of the conspiracy. Or has the theory been amended now that that has not come to pass?
