"1. Solv Ex technology works...I've seen it work."

Define 'work'. IMO producing a barrel of low grade oil for $30 per is not 'working'.

"2. the leases (formerly) owned by Solv Ex were worth billions."

If that were true financing would have been no problem.

"3. 100 million is not nearly enough to get into commercial production."

There is always money looking for a home. Smart money
that wouldn't be turned off by 'short seller lies' or for
whatever reason you believe SOLVD couldn't get the financing.

"4. financing would have made the difference in Alberta.
5. Potential financing was scared off.
6. Stock price fell
7. Timing is everything
"

All extensions of 2 & 3, same counter arguments. Don't hold your breath waiting
for a judgement against the defendants. It's more likely that at least $807,000
is going down the same rathole.

You still haven't addressed the question about the alleged 'naked' shorts. It was an
integral component of the conspiracy. Or has the theory been amended now that that
has not come to pass?

See you at .02,

Barb
