I thought you all would be interested. I phoned the company today and although Rusty was not available, and i couldn't get any financial info, I did ask when the first auction was expected to occur. MLRE's response tentatively June. And to be fair to the very nice lady i spoke with, she did state that I could probably get a better answer from the auction manager, unfortunatly he wasn't in either. Although she did say that there could possibly be something sooner that June was the first one on the Schedule (I think she was refering to the Kruse deal...opinion..). So it looks like Kieko is spreading more false rumors about an april auction to coincide with what us locals call "heritage week". It is the week after the Masters in Augusta and is the week of the MCI heritage classic here on Hilton HEad. BTW anybody flying to Hilton Head for the tournament won't even see the "Global auction emporium" because it is 15 minutes off island. If any of you are coming here for the MCI Heritage of Golf, let me know and I'll see what I can do to get you passes (since there won;t be an auction to attend) I Spent the last 3 rounds last year in the skyboxes on the 18th. Thank You Coca-Cola, Island Packett, and MCI for your generous hospitality. I wonder if MLRE will have a skybox this year< aaaa they wouldn't inveite me anyway. ;-)
