Andrew, Don't know for sure. This is likely a "cheap" way for Orbit Network to go public, and a way for SRGE to invest its $$$ in a new business. Buying resistors and capacitors in the Far East and selling them to small appliance manufacturers was not going to make them rich. Maybe the internet will. Still dont know details of the merger.
