This might be outdated info, but my recollection is that 2 years ago, when they applied for NMS their application was turned down on the basis that they did not meet the minimum net tangible asset requirement of approx $12 million. I am told they will re-apply if/when they meet the NMS requirements ( stating the obvious ).
