"NEXTLINK will pay approximately $542.1 million to WNP and $152.9 million in license charges to the Federal Communications Commission." Well ain't that something. WNP profits over $500 million without even anteing up the money to pay for the licenses they won. Who wanted to bid in the upcoming 38 GHz auction??? Looks like easy money. And you don't even need much much money. Pay your registration fees, and then resell your licenses before you pay for them.
