I wouldn't short at this point,, in fact I'd really like to buy long in the $320 range....maybe tomorrow or Monday:)

Last time I looked, E.>R., YHOO had 96 mil shares outstanding; how'd they get to 112 mil? Sixteen million unaccounted-for YHOO shares in this insane market the past month would get you enough $$$ to buy a small South American country...

Maybe I'm just thick, and there's a logical explanation for this. If so, please, somebody tell us. This thing gets fishier by the minute. Who's minding the store? Has the SEC gone e-shopping?
