TO ALL: Fonar Corp. (FONR) UP on over 300,000 volume yesterday. Expecting significant and impacting news soon, likely next week but that is a personal opinion. I am hearing that there is likely more than just ONE event soon to happen that could really put this greatly undervalued stock on the move UP. The current price of under $1.50 is less than the CASH that this company has and just as soon as certain things are finalized there will be no reason that this stock's price would not reflect the value of this growing company. As most already know I have owned and traded (FONR) with success since 1994. I currently hold the largest position I have held in this stock. I never believed I would have the opportunity to own Fonar under $2.25 after they beat GE all the way through the Supreme Court in 1997. However that opportunity came and the stock price even fell to $1 in late 1998, an opportunity I personally took advantage of. The price climbed up to $2 and hung, has since fallen to as low as $1.18 and now showing signs of recovery again with a slight increase in price and good volume.. If the things I am hearing soon come about it would be my opinion that this will be the last opportunity for us small Investors to take advantage of a situation which totally meets the criteria of this board and also the VERY HIGH possibility of owning a stock which could literally break out to NEW HIGHS and HIGHER.. For all the reasons above I have positioned myself in this stock with dreamable expectations, believing there is a most remote small risk from current price... Anyone who does some SERIOUS research of this company will come away wondering WHAT THE HECK is wrong and WHY is this stock priced so CHEAP. There are many small reasons but mostly the investing community is simply WAITING on SALES. I believe This company is right on the verge of PROVING that they CAN SELL PRODUCT. If that is turned into FACT, this stock should just FLY. Should I be correct, I will be sad for those with whom I have come to know who were positioned but because of lack of patience could not endure the wait. Some even sold at a loss and I respect that folks must do what they feel is best for them personally. I just like to see SMALL INVESTORS get in on some of the really good moves but it seems that JUST BEFORE that happens, they loose patience and sell, then the guys with more money than they know what to do with, always get in and make another killing. Some may get LUCKY with Stock Jumping from time to time, I have been lucky like that myself, but I also know of times when if an Investor would have only held on for another 3 to 6 months, they would be sitting on EASY STREET from just ONE GREAT STOCK. It is my opinion that FONR will be for SOME who have the patience, THAT ONE GREAT STOCK... It is my wish that all Small Investors do VERY WELL with what EVER Investment decision they make.. Regards, Malcolm
