hereby valuing Avalon's shares at a minimum of 25 cents, excluding other financial considerations such as the assumption of debt. What does "excluding other financial considerations" mean here? I guess it doesn't much matter since the exchange ratio is fixed anyway. So we go from being a public company to a private company. Ever try trading shares in a private company? Lot's of luck. I wonder if we will have a chance to see some financials of AHS so we can get a better feel for what we're getting into?
