They have debt of around $1,200,000 I think. Revenues are almost nil. I don't know what the burn rate is...pretty low probably, since all the employees have so many shares (and some are restricted, I'm sure). But a float of only 70,000,000 (10% of the total) would seem pretty low to me...I find it hard to believe that the remainder is restricted. I know SFAD used to issue shares like money, for services rendered, etc... Do they still do it? Check this out: on Yahoo--looks like these folks have been printing shares like it is going out of style. Just wait till these folks start selling a few hundred million shares. LOL. Good luck.
