Have Strom Thurmond and Robert Byrd dozed off yet? <G>

Looking at the above two, I really feel that the Senate should have term limits. I mean, Thurmond looks like he has been around even before the light-bulb was invented <G>. And Byrd, with his senile and inane remarks about Clinton's "pep rally", seems to think that the Republican party is still the party of Lincoln...

Now it's Lindsey Graham. He's stumbling. Wonder if
House Republicans ever considered how the case would
be to try outside their safe House confines?
This is not going to be a fertile source of sound bites.
