Bob:

I gave up on HEPH. I shorted it at 14 11/6 in Sept. and closed out the position at 14 7/8 in Dec. I think I was underwater most of the time I held it. Just as the internets trade on the promise of a future profit but are probably better off never actually reporting a profit, HEPH trades on the promise of a product but it is better off never reporting any solid data on that product. As long as their "research" consists of small studies in obscure parts of the globe they can keep the interest up.

Bob,

re: HEPH

There seems to be some kind of squeeze going on. I shorted at 9 and got bought-in by Datek several months ago just under 17 for a good size lost. I still watch HEPH with the hopes that the chart reverses and datek miracleously has shares again.
