My my...a little arrogant, aren't we? A simple "gee, there are more outstanding shares than I thought" would suffice, rather than such arrogance. The fact that you might be mistaken does not mean that you are any less of a person.

Many internet stocks are unreasonably high based on emotion, without the fundamentals to support them. But being at the right time & place, well, who knows? Iomega was my first lesson in this regard.

Exactly what product/service does SFAD offer which justifies a $200mm cap? Now or in the future? They may do well, but I don't think it will be with their Incybermall...it's lame, late, and just won't generate much revenue, IMO.
