Seems to be some confusion on this issue... 20% seems out of proportion to me. 2% looks more reasonable. Anyone can confirm this number for sure?

Interesting that these big news media companies do not check the information they are broadcasting to the public. Maybe they put in their short orders on the S&P500 before they put this misinformation out to the rest of us.
