Full disclose would certainly shut down the efforts of promoters that thrive on the flesh of investors. As far as you and your partners who got so frustrated at someone for posing a different viewpoint, it seem now that many of what he said was true. Eventually the truth does come out, just like it has with the "full disclose" and ever changing financial forecasts. From what I hear, the shareholder meeting proved many things that have been said by myself and others. There was no need for myself or anyone else to discredit management. They seem to do that just fine on their own!
