Ron, My answers to your questions:

Current price of DBCC contemplates a strong run up of MKTW. (Most think it needs to go to $200 plus to justify current price in low 30's.)

It's a fact, just simple mathematics.

If MKTW opens at 50 or 60 and begins to run, won't traders leave (sell) DBCC to trade MKTW?

Yes, I think so too. Witness UBID and MALL, same thing happened.

If MKTW is sluggish for whatever reason, won't DBCC come under pressure? (i.e., traders will sell with abandon.)

Absolutely. It'll be toasted.

Does DBCC lose either way? (i.e., if MKTW is weak OR strong.)

You said it best.

Why should I hold DBCC long overnight into a shaky market?

Only if you like to lose money. No other reasons I can think of.

Regards,

Tom

"If MKTW opens at 50 or 60 and begins to run, won't traders leave (sell) DBCC to trade MKTW"

yup. I am short a bucket full of DBCC - and I can profitably purchase MKTW up to absurd prices ($150 or so) and virtually lock in profits on DBCC shorts. And something tells me I will be buying that MKTW at much lower prices than that. DBCC is doomed. The end will be swift and merciless.

Ron, all very good points....

Those daring enough to hold DBCC overnight will sell tomorrow if there is a rise in the stock, to get a last bit of profit.....and then take that money and trade it in MTKW.

Because DBCC is not a strong money making company itself, its stock price will start to fall further as it did today, closing lower than the day before.

Tomorrow will no doubt be the last day DBCC trades in the 30's, after that, low 20's and teens....

I don't think DBCC really ran as much as MALL
so I think the downside is smaller.
I am one step ahead, I am watching buying opportunities
tomorrow.
