OT More Brazil.. For what its worth, a portfolio manager friend of mine (who manages a prominent Latin America fund) tells me that outflows yesterday (from Brazil) were actually less than expected...but the market did not really take that into account, and Brazil got slammed anyway......What is happening is not that big a surprise to many involved..(what IS is) the confusing way it has developed....(Resignations, misstatements, etc.).. Also, some of the underlying Telebras companies are probably a better play then Telebras ADR...a lot of market risk already priced into them..
