I didn't say it wasn't being shorted. In the situation I explained, it is being shorted, just not for the typical reasons. Happens often with stock in high demand but low availability of shares. It will still be in the best interests of the MM's who worked themselves into a short position to have the stock go down. They know their window of opportunity is closing (mid-February), so I would expect a couple more shakes between now and then so they can cover their positions. Gator
