The press release was not intended to impact the share price, only to announce the addition of another advisor. The Investor's Digest issue of Jan 1, 1999 carried an opinion by Phil Speller that Vasogen was a buy. I don't think that there is significant analyst coverage of VAS at this time, but this could change with a TSE listing for which the company has applied. Listed on Montreal only is a handicap for VAS. Buy recommendations mean very little when it does not result in actual demand for the company's shares. Demand will come when the company will move from pure research and towards a commercial model.
