Sid- IF the stock hits .02 cents or not will not determine whether we were duped by management or screwed by a loosely organized group of short sellers (call it conspiracy if you wish). What will help us determine the truth is the court case or the handling of the lawsuit by the defendants.

The only "evidence" that exists to support yours and the full rusty can's claims is the share price. No company could have maintained a decent share price or closed financing in the face of the extraordinary events that began to unfold in March 1997. Whether these disastrous events were self induced or part of a sinister plot against Solv-Ex is still open for debate, but I'm content waiting for Solv-Ex's day in court and then mine. If Solv-Ex does not expose the identities of the online "players" in this saga then the shareholders will in their follow-on suit against the same.

Barb has finally demonstrated that she really does not know what was behind Solv-Ex' troubles. She, imo, along with many other short sellers were duped by the big players behind the effort to kill Solv-Ex. She was lucky to have made it out with profits because if the SEC had done its job the shorts would have been f-r-i-e-d. That, incidentally, is why I think the SEC failed to take proper action. That would have caused losses that would have rocked Wall Street. In addition, I believe Merrill Lynch deliberately dumped Rendall's shares without fair notification to assist other large brokerage firms who were in over their heads with Solv-Ex short positions.

I could be wrong, but I think the facts will prove otherwise.

David
