I've wondered exactly the same thing. They put me on the stand, ask me questions about SI posts on direct, and then, God help us, they've opened the door to the defense attorneys on cross. I can easily believe that Gary and Mikey thought this scheme incredibly clever, but where the hell was what Spidey likes to call the "AZNT Legal Team"? Out back throwing up? I dunno about Qualey--he was rather less than impressive at the injunction hearing--but my understanding is that Josh Landish is a very compentent securities attorney. Has he really sanctioned this idiocy? Hey JOSHHHHHH???? You out there?
