The problem here is that even if LTGL would double after the RS it will not mean much to those who have been in back when LTGL was selling for .10 a share. As Jens has already posted his break even point would be when the stock hit $6.00 per share. Spencer will certainly be printing new shares if his stock price even begins to get close to that price. With Spencer's track record I find it hard to believe that he will not just print more shares. I know I had defended him before when I thought the money was not being poured down a rathole. Perhaps the money is being used for big salaries. I figured he was using the capital to increase the product line (i.e new products) and increase inventory of products that have already proven themselves to be good sales items. Instead the company is taking a hit for getting rid of inventory that does not sell and the increase sales revenue was a joke after all the hyped press releases. Mike Krumholz did say that a RS stock split was not something the company was considering. That was being said as late as the middle of November. As I said, I am ticked and have lost faith in management. I want management now to prove me wrong. I have eaten a lot of crow on this by defending management. Now I would like to eat crow after ragging on management. If I have to eat crow again on this stock at least I will have made some of my money back. Sorry for venting but there is absolutely No trust or faith here. Let me know when the share price hits $3.00.
