I believe it is a decision made by the exchange on which the options will be traded. Need more analysts covering it first, imo.

I would have killd for HDIE calls at $3. It is up to CBOE. Everyone! Call the CBOE and express interest in them starting HDIE options. They base decisions on amount of interest
