Doug, take into consideration DBCC has a float of 19 million and NAVR has only a 6 million float. It conceivably could go much higher than DBCC and crush a lot of shorts, in the process. Way to afraid to consider shorting NAVR anytime soon. Have shorted DBCC on several occasions for a point here and there. NAVR can explode up in the drop of a hat.
