On defense, he's drafted Zach Thomas, Derrick Rogers, Jason Taylor, Daryl Gardener, Shane Burton, Shawn Wooden, and Sam Madison, among others. I would estimate that 10 of the 15 players who play in the primary defensive rotation are guys he has drafted, and they're all good. Yatil Green and Stanley Pritchett were both excellent draft choices, but both have suffered ACL tears.
