Riou is on the northern tip of the Athabasca Basin, south of Uranium City and East of Cluff Lake, about 55 km west of StonyRapids. The company is run by experienced managment, one of the former principals found diamonds in the NWT, Stewart Blusson.He and Chuck Fipke were the original partners in that jv with BHP. The original prospect "Riou" was brought to the company by an a mining man by the name of Vernon Hogg. DF Exploration of France and Cameco corporation are both exploring in the immdediate area.
