CNBC's Larry Bauman of the WSJ, says that today's sell-off on low volume may be viewed as bullish and that the market could/should get back on track on Super Tuesday 1/19 when earnings move to the front burner and Brazil moves to the back burner. El

Given the market conditions, your right, it held up rather well.....
this sell-off has been way overdone, but I guess when the market get's this high and nervous, if the wind shifts, you get a sell-off.
Finally CPQ picked a good time to announce earnings, typically it would have been this week, which would not have been good.
As NW and others have said, maybe this whole mess will be over in a few days, were still only around 10% off the high.
