With all due respect, Michael Y.... I don't think you appreciate at least five factors: 1) This issue is phenomenally oversubscribed. (People have come out of the woodwork to ask their broker about it.) 2) The investor base is far broader than it was last fall, and CBS needs no introduction. People on this board know who's who on the cyberspace frontier (and from there, we seem to disagree!). Does Joe Sixpack? Has he participated before? 3) There is prodigious investment capital available to chase MKTW and, for that matter, DBCC. 4) Cancel-and-replace limit orders will just keep bidding up MKTW. 5) Possible that the IPO's strength will pull up with it CBS, SPLN and the whole Internet sector. MKTW's not necessarily a moonshot, but it won't be settling back. Strong close. Tell you what. I'll give you (or anyone else on the board) $60 for it right now! Takers? BAM
