The key word there is "constructive"

Thanks for the kind words. You're right, I have no hidden agenda -- unless you consider that refusing to invest in companies where I can't get basic informationis an agenda. And if it is, it certainly isn't hidden!

Actually, though, even if NASDAQ doesn't require disclosure, there may be a right to this information under state law. In Washington, shareholders of a company have a statutory right to certain information, whether the company is public or private. I'm not sure what state FNTN is incorporated in (Florida, I think, but their web site doesn't say). But if we know where they are incorporated we can find out whether that state requires its corporations to provide information to shareholders.

And thanks again for a balanced response instead of the flames I usually get for asking what I consider to be responsible questions.

Michael: I totally agree. Chris has no hidden agenda. He is often a critic but he asks sensible questions and I applaud him for it. Even when I feel he is wrong I value his opinion. His points and arguments are born from intelligence.

You don't qualify as a flatworm.
But a word of warning -
don't trust everybody who appears to share your general bent.
I've learned to be wary of some who appear to share my general bent.
