In a nut shell without giving away too many secrets the net house trades tells us who the net buyers and sellers are for the time period selected. Reviewing the house trades daily one can develop interesting patterns. Looking for major house selling or house accumulation, retail or institutional buying or selling, number of houses involved in the trading, things like that.

For example, today Yorkton was the largest net seller of BII, and Yorkton again the net seller for this week. I like to think there is still a pattern to Yorkton selling given the fact they are doing the private placements and also printing recommendation on the stock. If they are such a fan of the company, why would they be the largest house selling net 1.9 million shares so far this week.

This is my quick view, however I am sure others on the thread would like to post their own interpretations.
