John,

Yeah.... place a special order with your broker for $14 and I have my broker get in touch with him to sell our 1,000 shares..... :0)

No actually, I'm frustrated a bit, but since we're still comfortably profitable on several other issues, SHRP and MUCP, I have some buffer. I was out for most of today and was totally blindsided by the additional downgrade.

Guess we can be happy that it wasn't downgraded to "source of funds" even though that is what it feels like. Analysts are supposed to incorporate MANY VARIABLES, not just one. I certainly don't see how he came up with an $8 dollar target withing 12 months. Essentially that equivalent to saying this is a lousy company.

What you do is your responsibility, but I would express caution and nimbleness based upon where the price opens. I certainly wouldn't have a market order at open... <VBG>

Let's see if we can pull off a volume reversal and find out who's a solid supporter and who is a fairweather friend... (actually, I'm more of the latter since "money is money"... :0)

Regards,

Ron
