putting it to shareholder vote would just be an exercise since the necessary votes are "in-house" to make a decision anyway....can't imagine why anyone would be against it...although the exercise of laying out all the details to the shareholders is a very important exercise indeed. I (as have several of you)have called and spoken to both Ray Norberte and Ron Maas.....and feel comfortable with the information/answers I gleaned. I highly suggest that each interested shareholder do the same (and yes...you must be persistent). After the "deal" is done....there will be more info released publicly...but as always.....there is much more "clarity" in a personal conversation. ..FWIW
