I see the Jeff and Janice show is showing reruns today. Same old shit different day. You two must be pretty frustrated to continue the nonsense you display. Monkey see, Monkey do.

What about that asphalt patent? Does Abracel own that, does AZNT, or is it jointly owned?

There is virtually no discussion of patents in the 10KSB issued 20-11-1998

However, the 10KSB from 30-06-1997 mentions for AZNT:
"3. No Patents. The Company has not applied for a patent for any of its products."

So, if the asphalt treatment is an AZNT product, it doesn't have a patent according to this doc. If it isn't an AZNT product (thus, an Abracel product) AZNT has nothing to do with it, patent-wise. If anything has changed since then, the most current 10KSB doesn't reflect it.

Have to settle for the "Stoned Birds", or the "Crackhead Indian on Black Velvet" wall hangings.
