For anyone who wonders where so many of our more persistent posters are coming from, visit Anthony's thread and you'll see them all together, asking if they did good like obedient children.

As far as trying to get formulaic about this stock, I suggest you attempt to fit inets into a more meaningful paradigm. There is nothing formulaic about these stocks. They don't trade on multiples of earnings. They don't trade on intrinsic value, as in the percentage of ownership of mkwt. They trade on potential and momentum. When mkwt starts trading, it will rise to heights unjustifiable by any standard measure, and yet it will be in such strong demand that it, like its brethren, will defy gravity.

DBCC will enjoy a similar fate, not because of a calculated intrinsic value based upon mkwt ownship, but because it is an avenue to buying mkwt for a fraction of its cost and because it is on everyone's radar and the focus of attention. And DBCC is not like mall, which although it owned 80% of uBid, had its shares tied up for 6 months following the IPO in a promise of .71 shares of uBid as a dividend to mall owners 180 days after the IPO. 6 months is a lifetime in inet stocks, and the value of a share of uBid 6 months away was decidedly less clear than the value that day.

So unless you truly want to spend your lives cursing the darkness, recognize that inets do not fit the old paradigm and figure out a way to enjoy the fruits they offer rather than spend your time trying to justify why bumble bees can't possibly fly.
