Richard, do you agree with what Paunch just said ?

<< you could buy 23,000 shares of Maxam and not move the ask >>

Someone else mentioned that maybe this is a way for shorts to load up
on mxam to cover, without causing mxam to rocket upwards. Maybe its
just one shorter that is now convinced that Maxam & IPM dirt really
has the riches to deliver in precious metals. If so, what could be
the number of mxam he needs to cover ?

As for another party, besides Maxam or that year old group, interested
in getting IPM's Black Rock Dirt, is it possible that they could enter
in before the Bankrupty Court ok's Maxam's offer, and with a sweeter
offer for the debt repayment, get IPM ?

Seems possible since the judge has total say in this matter.

There is probably enough evidence available to identify the dirt as
being as good or better than hoped for. Unofficially ofcourse.
And we know this type of info makes its way around when big money
can be made.
