Eric, I do believe you have hit upon the key point in all of this. I don't like the uncertainty of the interim transition period anymore than anyone else. But, I take great comfort knowing that AHS has already committed huge amounts of time, money and professional work towards this deal. They would NOT have done so unless they intended it to pay off in the long run. Assuming everything else checks out, I will cast my block in the affirmative. I'll take the chance that AHS wants this to work for everyone involved - meaning we shall see huge rewards sometime down the road.
