John careful with the language, I really do respect your position as a long. I am not in any position now but will indeed go short in the AM after what I think will be a short run-up of $3 - $6. I also understand why you believe that the "shorts" are only trying to prove a point to make money from their short positions. But, hey man, aren't you doing the samething from the other side with statements like: " Go DBCC! Still waiting for my call from DLJ for my MKTW shares :)"

John-- I am tired of it too, especially since I never sell short and so they are always working against my interests. I am not sure their know-it-all bashing has any effect on the stock price at any point in time, but they obviously think so or they wouldn't spend so much time doing it, or be so strident in their efforts (unless it's just an ego thing, of which there is some evidence in the case of a couple of these fellows). Here's hoping for an upbeat day in the market tomorrow (although the 'nuts don't seem to track with the rest of the market much of the time). GO DBCC and, for good measure, GO CIEN! #B~}>
